Candidate:
We are seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner, MD, or DO to join our functional medicine team for our Men's health specialty. We are also excepting for primary care functional medicine.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of primary care or urgent care experience and a keen understanding of functional medicine. Functional medicine certification is not required; we provide mentorship and training.
This position requires in-person, in-clinic interaction with patients on a daily basis.

Qualifications
- Hold and maintain an active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license for the duration of your employment
- Hold an active AANP or ANCC certification and remain certified during the duration of your employment
- Graduated from an accredited university
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat acute, episodic or chronic illnesses
- Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations of patients
- Develop and implement patient management policies and procedures
- Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities
