Overall purpose of role
RFT - MOTIF Senior Java Developer will be responsible for development for core batch and accounting platform for onboarding of different business to MOTIF, taking end to end ownership of delivery responsibilities.
Key Accountabilities
- Analysis and development of java work related work
- Learn and use existing technology stack and application framework; and improve and use better alternates where possible.
- Work in Global team model
- Agree / negotiate scope of change
- Work with QA teams to facilitate sign offs
- Support SIT and UAT cycles.
- Contribute towards concurrent streams within MOTIF, helping with analyzing requirements and providing innovative and scalable solutions
- Partner with the PCIT and IB Design Authority for tech related topics, and imbibe them into the deliverables.
- Regular knowledge sharing with team and train RTB team on new features and functionality.
