Requirements:
- Language: Fluent English
- Lean and Six Sigma experience is a plus
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in warehouse and Distribution management.
- Proven warehouse management experience
- Knowledge of logistics software and computers
- Quick learner
- Knowledge in all operational areas within supply chain distribution
- Experience with distribution center operational process engineering and execution
- Knowledge of the general warehouse industry, best practices, and techniques
- Strong safety understanding for warehouse management
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- Experience with labor planning and resource management
- Ability to lead teams, strong people skills, teambuilding, and organizational management
- Experience managing remote sites
- Experience developing strong accountability metrics for warehouse operations and distribution. (Order fulfillment, scheduling and labor planning)
- Motivational skills- Ability to identify counselling and coaching opportunities to grow the team and improve performance
- Experience with recruiting and interviewing prospective candidates for operational leadership roles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Familiar with Warehouse Management System functionality - SAP, WMS
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. Comfortable presenting to group settings
- Experience working with US Market specific Employment Regulations & overall regulatory compliance
