Job Description:
We are seeking Refrigeration Technicians to ensure the safe and effective operation of our facility's equipment. This role is essential in maintaining a safe work environment and supporting operational efficiency. A sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 is available for new hires in Maintenance Roles!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Conduct emergency repairs and troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Collaborate with plant personnel to minimize downtime and achieve operational goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Requirements:
- Education: 1 year of industrial maintenance experience or relevant technical schooling.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year as a Refrigeration Technician or similar role.
- Knowledge of refrigeration systems, including ammonia systems.
- Basic computer skills for logging information and processing work orders.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in varying temperatures and physical conditions.
