Salary Range: $74,000 – $95,000/year

About the Role:
Join a dynamic field claims team as a Sr. Property Claims Adjuster and make a difference by assisting clients through property claim investigations, evaluations, and settlements. This role combines traditional on-site inspections with innovative tools like drones and virtual claim handling software to provide clients with a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Investigate claims and determine policy coverage.
- Conduct physical/virtual inspections, evaluate damages, and prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate or similar tools.
- Negotiate and settle property claims efficiently.
- Handle claims related to residential and commercial construction damages.
Requirements:
- 7 years of relevant experience in claims handling, construction, or related fields.
- Knowledge of residential/commercial construction techniques.
- Proficiency in Xactimate, MS Word, and Excel.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel for on-site inspections.
- Ability to lift, carry, and climb ladders (up to 50 pounds).
- Part 107 drone license required (must be obtained within 5 months of hire).
- Adjuster licensing as required by state regulations.
