Key Responsibilities:
- Rate Plan Validation: Validate the functionality and accuracy of rate plans, including voice, text, and data packages, to ensure they meet customer expectations and contractual agreements.
- Test Analysis & Optimization: Analyze test results to identify areas for improvement and collaborate with network engineering teams to implement enhancements and optimizations.
- Impact Evaluation: Evaluate the impact of rate plan changes on billing systems, customer accounts, and network resource utilization to ensure accurate and efficient system performance.
- Device & Infrastructure Testing: Conduct thorough testing on telecommunications devices, network infrastructure, and rate plans to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.
Qualifications:
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in telecommunications testing with a focus on rate plan validation and network performance.
- Telecommunications Knowledge: Familiarity with telecommunications standards and protocols such as LTE, VoLTE, 5G, IMS, or similar technologies is highly desirable.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex test results, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure in fast-paced environments.
