We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily office operations, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and have a strong attention to detail. Additionally, the Administrative Assistant should have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails. Pay bills as needed
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system.
- Perform data entry and scan documents.
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
- Customer service.
- Quickbooks experience desired.
- Some HR duties.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
