Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and update all online marketplaces.
- Update products, manage inventory, add new products, write product descriptions and keywords, and improve SEO.
- Efficiently manage tasks on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring they are completed according to schedule and targets.
- Launch new products on all sales platforms (weekly, monthly, seasonally) in collaboration with the Marketing Team to achieve sales goals.
- Utilize performance marketing techniques to analyze campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content that aligns with brand messaging.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Skilled in e-commerce operations, knowledgeable about product listing on platforms and channels.
- A background in the beauty industry is highly advantageous.
- Experienced with Shopify store setup and maintenance, and Amazon Seller Central.
- Proficient in Excel and Word for daily documentation.
- Self-confident, strong work ethic, result-driven, and self-motivated. Capable of developing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize, meet deadlines, and achieve sales goals.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, with attention to detail and consideration for others.
- Demonstrates professional and effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior organizational skills with the ability to carefully proofread and ensure accuracy in their work.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
