Job Summary
The Office Manager oversees the daily operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating and scheduling office events, and maintaining office supplies and equipment. Additionally, the Office Manger assists with human resources functions such as hiring and training, and acts as a communication liaison between departments and upper management. Ensuring a safe, clean and well-maintained office environment is also a key responsibility.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Corporate management and administrative support for President.
- Assist President and company leadership with team member relations management & communication (evets, parties, announcements)
- Key hospitality person for walk-in customers.
- Primary person for answering the phone and directing internal calls.
- Manage communications, such as phone calls, emails and in-person inquiries.
- Attend weekly one-on-one meetings with President to ensure appropriate and timely completion of assignments resulting from corporate management activities.
- Schedule, attend and prepare minutes including action items from regular monthly Sr. Managements meetings.
- Support, plan, schedule, and administrate strategic planning retreats (annual), activities and plan execution.
- Open, date/stamp and distribute mail.
- Manage office supply inventory and place orders as needed.
- Ensure office equipment is maintained, functioning, and up to date.
- Other support activities as requested.
- Special projects as assigned and/or requested.
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualification & Education Requirements
- B.S. degree is administration, communications, human resources or accounting related fields. Education may be offset with related proficient experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales, administration and manufacturing.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM software.
