Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Multi-Die Header Operator to join a growing manufacturer! The ideal candidate will have the ability to set up and operate a variety of multi-die headers with minimal supervision. This role requires strong blueprint reading skills, proficiency in quality inspection tools, and the ability to troubleshoot and adjust machinery to ensure the production of high-quality parts that meet customer deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate multi-die headers efficiently with little to no supervision.
- Perform complex machine setups and first-piece inspections.
- Monitor part quality and make necessary adjustments to maintain precision and compliance.
- Utilize SPC, ISO/QS documentation to record and maintain quality data.
- Identify and implement tooling adjustments for various header sizes and types.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience operating Formax Headers.
- Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Basic computer knowledge for data entry and documentation.
- Experience training and mentoring new operators is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour
