What You’ll Be Doing: Welcome each guest with warmth and intention Perform expert consultations and provide cutting-edge styles, cuts, and colors Execute balayage, highlights, and color techniques with precision and artistry Recommend home care and professional haircare products to maintain results Cross-promote services, including Med Spa treatments, when appropriate Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits Keep your station pristine and uphold the highest standards in sanitation and cleanliness Participate in salon education, meetings, and special events Work collaboratively with a team that values positivity, professionalism, and growth What We’re Looking For: A valid Delaware cosmetology license Skilled in styling, coloring, and hair treatments Passionate about the latest trends and eager to keep learning Outgoing and confident communicator with excellent people skills High personal standards in appearance, work ethic, and professionalism Team-oriented with a positive, upbeat attitude Self-motivated and goal-driven Thrives in a fast-paced, luxury service environment Why Join Vogue?
