**About the Role**
We are a leading provider of wound care services, and we are seeking an experienced Infectious Disease physician to join our team as a wound care specialist in Florence, AL.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in wound management and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
The role involves working in post-acute care settings, including skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals, where you will provide bedside wound care and conduct weekly wound rounds.
Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings
- Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility
- Treat approximately 20-30 patients per day
- Clinical documentation is at point of care, in real-time during clinical rounds, using our proprietary wound specific EMR
