- Average annual salary for full-time W2 physicians is $300,000 plus benefits.
- Appreciate the autonomy and flexibility in our work schedules, typically a 45-hour workweek for full-time positions.

Requirements
- Active, unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
- A minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
Practice Overview
- Full-time work: Monday - Friday (7am-4pm) or part-time available.
- No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities.
- Physicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in post-acute care settings: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
- Weekly wound rounds are conducted at each facility.
- Part-time role: minimum of 3 days per week. Full-time role: 4 - 5 days per week.
- This is a mobile practice; physicians visit facilities within a mile radius of their practice location.
- Physicians visit 2-3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20-30 patients per day.
- Clinical documentation is done at point of care, in real-time during clinical rounds, using our proprietary wound-specific EMR.
- Paid Training is provided during onboarding and a 6-month wound care fellowship.
- W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship available).
