Starting Level: Tier 1(Entry Agent), with clear advancement to Tier 5 (Dispatcher)

As a Communications Care Specialist, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operation. You’ll answer calls, take messages, manage appointments, and ensure every caller—whether a frantic patient or a busy physician—feels heard and supported. This isn’t just a job; it’s a craft. You’ll start at Tier 1, mastering the basics, and progress through our five-tier training system at your own pace, with each level unlocking new skills, responsibilities, and a pay increase. By Tier 5, you’ll be a Dispatcher, expertly connecting patients to healthcare pros and our Nurse Triage team.

- Grow through our tiered training, advancing from foundational tasks to dispatching calls to doctors and nurses.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team in a bright, modern office designed for focus and comfort.
- You’ve got basic computer skills and can type above average—no specific software knowledge required, we’ll teach you ours.
- You bring a professional speaking voice, clear pronunciation, and solid spelling/grammar skills.
- You’re courteous, non-confrontational, and resilient—able to stay calm and kind, even when callers aren’t.
- You’re a team player who thrives in a positive, teach-and-learn environment.
- You’ve got a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a commitment to excellence, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
- Bonus: Any familiarity with medical terminology is a plus, but not a must—we’ll train you.
