Responsibilities :
- Develop & Drive Lifecycle Strategy : Define and execute the short- and long-term vision for each stage of the customer lifecycle, creating a roadmap that generates a steady flow of qualified leads and drives business growth.
- Optimize Multi-Channel Campaign Execution : Leverage marketing automation to streamline, optimize, and scale multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, audience segmentation, content syndication, sales prospecting sequences, and any other applicable initiatives. Implement automated workflows to enhance engagement, nurture leads, and drive higher conversion rates while ensuring seamless integration across all channels.
- Build & Scale Automated Processes : Establish end-to-end workflows for digital marketing, demand generation, and lead nurture campaigns, ensuring seamless planning, execution, and data-driven reporting to optimize performance and ROI.
- Enhance Campaign Assets & Messaging : Lead the strategy, content development, and deployment of high-performing campaign assets, including landing pages, email templates, and automation workflows to drive customer engagement.
- Ensure Seamless Data Integration & Accuracy : Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to ensure all platforms—CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, advertising platforms—are fully integrated for accurate data flow and reporting.
- Implement & Optimize Lead Scoring : Design and refine lead scoring models to improve the qualification process, ensuring that high-intent prospects are efficiently nurtured and handed off to sales for conversion.
- Manage & Advance Marketing Automation Platforms : Own the marketing automation tech stack, driving adoption, optimization, and continuous improvements to enhance lead generation, segmentation, and personalization.
- Execute A / B Testing & Performance Analysis : Lead testing and optimization efforts across automated marketing campaigns, leveraging data insights to refine messaging, targeting, and engagement strategies.
- Deliver Strategic & Operational Excellence : Bring strategic vision and hands-on execution to support marketing and sales teams in hitting aggressive pipeline and revenue targets, while ensuring best practices in automation and demand generation.
