Voice Systems Engineering (VSE) is an organization of entrepreneurial, growth-minded people working to positively impact people’s lives. Our advisor-based, technology platform marketplaces service verticals including psychic guidance, health, and wellness.
We are searching for a passionate Social Media Designer to help shape our business’s online presence by creating engaging and appealing content that drives customer interest and traffic. If you are enthusiastic and driven to help drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales, this position might be the perfect fit.
We are currently seeking a part-time flexible contract position for an ongoing assignment. Successful candidates will be able to commit to approximately 20 hours per week and develop up to 15 assets per week across multiple channels – social media, email, paid media banners, website banner, direct mail, etc.
We are based in the EST time zone, so we are looking for a candidate who has the flexibility to commit part of their time to collaborating during these hours.
What You'll Do:
As our Marketing Creative Designer (Social and Email) you'll be a major contributor to our brand's overall voice. You'll have the opportunity to design for three of our psychic brands. Your mission? To craft social media that's so compelling, it practically jumps off the screen! You’ll be a driving force behind our brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
• Expertise in software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva is critical. Other design tools are beneficial.
• Have a strategic point of view on design and experience communicating, collaborating, brainstorming, and strategizing across different mediums (social, email, paid ads, etc.)
• The ability to create visually appealing and effective graphics, images and videos that convey messages clearly and align with brand guidelines and follow creative briefs.
• An understanding of different social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and their design requirements, best practices, and audience preferences.
• An understanding of email design requirements, best practices, and audience preferences.
• A strong attention to detail to ensure that all design elements are accurate, consistent, and high-quality.
• Prior knowledge of basic animation and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro) for creating dynamic social media content, such as GIFs and short videos.
• An understanding of various file formats and optimization techniques for web and social media use to ensure content loads quickly and displays correctly.
