Senior .NET Developer

We are seeking a skilled Senior .NET Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in modern .NET technologies while providing technical leadership in a collaborative, agile environment.
If you’re our new Senior .NET Developer, you will look forward to engaging in activities such as:
Designing, developing, and maintaining high-performing, scalable web applications.
Writing clean, maintainable code with appropriate documentation.
Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
Performing code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and implement solutions.
Participating in agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensuring application performance, quality, and responsiveness.
Required Technical Skills – You Should Have:
Expert-level knowledge of .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET Core.
Strong proficiency with SQL, including writing, debugging, profiling, and indexing.
Advanced front-end development using JavaScript, jQuery, and Angular 16.
Experience with MVC architecture and SOAP-based systems.
Demonstrated expertise in site optimization and scalability techniques.
Ability to design and maintain high-availability web applications.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Agile methodologies and sprint planning.
Your accomplishments thus far:
You have five or more years of professional software development experience.
You have experience working in multi-developer environments with formal processes.
You have a strong understanding of software development best practices.
You have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
You have effective communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts.
You have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).

We are currently inviting residents of Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.
Salary Range: $125,000 – $135,000 per annum, depending on experience and expertise. This figure represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the potential salary for this role. Salary and whole compensation package to be determined by the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. We may offer a salary outside this range to an exceptional candidate.
