We are seeking a passionate, strategic, and experienced Senior Product Owner to drive our product vision and execution. The ideal candidate will excel at translating business objectives into actionable product roadmaps while orchestrating cross-functional collaboration to deliver exceptional customer value.
If you’re our new Senior Product Owner, you will look forward to engaging in activities such as:
Owning the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with our business goals.
Leading prioritization of features and initiatives using data-driven decision making.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
Facilitating sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Managing the product backlog with clear, well-defined user stories.
Working closely with development teams to ensure successful implementation.
Analyzing market trends and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
Defining success metrics and tracking product performance.
Communicating product updates and value propositions to internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience – You Should Have:
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO)
A strong understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks.
Demonstrated experience in backlog management and prioritization techniques.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with user story mapping and requirements gathering.
Proficiency with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.).
A data-driven approach to decision making and problem-solving.
Your accomplishments thus far:
You have at least five year of product management experience in technology environments.
You are a Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM) (preferred).
You have experience with value stream mapping and lean product development.
You have a strong understanding of user experience design principles.
You have experience with product discovery techniques and customer feedback loops.
You have knowledge of business analysis methodologies.
You have a background in a relevant industry domain.
You have the ability to balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
You have experience managing products through the complete lifecycle.

We are currently inviting residents of Colorado, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Washington.
Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 per annum, depending on experience and expertise. This figure represents our good faith and reasonable estimate of the potential salary for this role. Salary and whole compensation package to be determined by the candidate’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. We may offer a salary outside this range to an exceptional candidate.
