Position Summary
The Executive Director of Building Caring will be a visionary leader responsible for launching and scaling a global ministry-focused educational platform that transcends traditional boundaries of learning, faith, and artistic expression. This role requires an extraordinary blend of strategic leadership, spiritual maturity, and entrepreneurial spirit.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic plan for establishing Building Caring's global presence, with initial focus on the United States and subsequent expansion to Africa, Australia, Asia, and Europe
- Design and implement robust partnership strategies with educational institutions, faith-based organizations, and artistic networks
- Lead the development of certificate programs in small business entrepreneurship, music, visual arts, dance, theater, music production, creative writing, community service, local ministry, and English Language Learning
- Oversee the technological infrastructure and digital learning platforms that will support 100% online educational delivery
- Cultivate a diverse, inclusive organizational culture that reflects Christ-centered principles of love, collaboration, and mutual respect
- Establish governance structures, operational protocols, and quality assurance mechanisms
- Develop fundraising and revenue generation strategies to support Building Caring's mission and growth
- Create marketing and recruitment strategies to attract global talent and students passionate about sharing their faith journeys
Qualifications and Requirements
Professional Credentials
- Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in educational, ministerial, or nonprofit sectors
- Demonstrated success in launching and scaling innovative educational or ministry initiatives
- Profound understanding of digital learning technologies and global educational trends
