About The Role
Overtime’s Brand design team plays a crucial role in shaping our brand by creating impactful visual and graphic designs that support our events, broadcast, ecommerce, web, marketing, and content teams. Our design work connects with a diverse group of sports fans and our core Gen Z audience while staying true to our mission and values.
What you'll do
Design bespoke logos and identity systems for our leagues, events, shows and social accountsCreate compelling visuals and graphics to help market and promote our brand’s IPCollaborate closely with not only design but other Overtime teams to ensure brand consistency across all products.Manage and adhere to our brand guidelines and assets, ensuring all internal and external communications adhere to these standardsWork within a fast paced environment while maintaining a high standard of creativity and professionalismKeeping up-to-date with current design trends and technologies, continuously thinking about ways to innovate
Who you are
A minimum of 1-2 years creating high-end sports branded graphics and materialsHeavy follower of sports graphic trends in popular culture and social mediaA strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in sport graphics and brand designProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. A knowledge of motion and animation software is a plusThe ability to deliver consistent graphics even with limited or low quality image resourcesStrong communication skills, whether in the office or remoteAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple projects across different leagues with tight deadlinesUnderstanding the need to be available 7 days out of the week and at irregular timesAn exceptional eye for visual design, current trends, and best practices.High attention to detailOpen to constructive feedback and takes art direction wellMotivated self-starter and team player; ability to work collaboratively
The salary range for this position is expected to be between $60k-70k annually. Overtime also offers a flexible vacation package, health benefits and equity in the company.
