About The Role We are hiring a Robot Operations Specialist who thrives on precision and is energized by finding that needle in the haystack. - Document and contextualize field-reported robot issues to support thorough investigation and resolution efforts.
- Provide clear and timely communication of known robot issues, along with troubleshooting best practices, to in-field teams, including Customer Support and Applications Engineering.
- Conduct first-level remote troubleshooting for issues reported directly by customers, ensuring prompt support and issue mitigation.
- Support Customer Support and Applications Engineering teams by performing first-level remote troubleshooting to assist in resolving reported issues effectively.
