Your role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Strategist / Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging social media platforms to engage with our fitness influencers and broader audience, drive brand awareness, and ultimately, generate leads and conversions. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives for our fitness influencers. You will work with top fitness influencers globally and help grow the System2 social media assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase System2 brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across various platforms (e.g. Instagram, Tiktok, YouTube).
- Work individually with fitness influencers to help create their individual brands and develop their niche / client persona.
- Create content calendars, promotions, and marketing strategies for influencers across our portfolio.
- Create and curate compelling content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) that resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand identity.
- Manage all social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating innovative ideas to optimize our strategies continually.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including current fitness coaches, designers, and the account management team, to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
- Optionally, help run paid ads for top coaches and analyze key performance metrics.
