As a Technical Writer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation for our medication management platform. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into effective documentation for a variety of audiences.What You'll be Doing :

Develop and maintain a wide range of technical documentation, including user guides, API guides, reference manuals, configuration guides, tutorials, knowledge base articles, release notes, and training materialsResearch and gather information from subject matter experts (SMEs), including product managers, engineers, our internal clinical care team, and customer supportTranslate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand language for various audiences, including technical and non-technical usersEnsure documentation is accurate, consistent, and adheres to company style guides and standardsDesign and create graphics such as screenshots and diagrams to help users understand technical concepts, process flows, and UI instructionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify documentation needs and prioritize projectsUse various authoring tools and technologies to create and publish documentationMaintain and update existing documentation to reflect product changes and improvementsReview and edit documentation for clarity, grammar, and styleContribute to the continuous improvement of documentation processes and standardsStay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in technical writingOur Ideal Candidate Possesses :

Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Technical Communication, Computer Science, or a related field preferred3 years of experience as a Technical Writer working on SaaS products, preferably in the healthcare industryStrong understanding of technical writing principles and best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to quickly learn and understand complex technical conceptsProficiency in using various authoring tools and content management systemsAbility to think graphically and convey concepts through pictures as well as wordsStrong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent organizational and time-management skillsPreferred Qualifications :

The salary range for this position is : $100,000-130,000 / year.Job Requirements : Ability to pass a background checkMust live in and be eligible to work in the United StatesInformation Security Roles and Responsibilities : All staff at Arine are expected to be part of its Information Security Management Program and undergo periodic training on Information Security Awareness and HIPAA guidelines.
