As an Inside Sales Representative SME, you will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales. Key responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand customer needs and requirements and cater our service offerings accordingly.
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects.
- Build pipeline and close deals consistently in accordance to monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
- Demonstrate a confident and professional demeanor when communicating over the phone.
- Have a proven track record in inside sales, successfully closing deals on a regular basis.
- Demonstrate excellent listening and presentation skills.
- Exhibit strong skills in multi-tasking, prioritization and effective time management skills.
- Create and maintain a list/database of prospective clients.
- Answer potential client questions and follow up with clients on a timely basis.
- Track weekly, monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics,
- Ensure record maintenance through MS Dynamics and Salesloft.
- Demonstrate a strong desire to grow the business by pursuing new sales opportunities, attracting clients and exploring different industries.
- Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative to advance leads and opportunities in alignment with the companys goals.
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of the company's services and it standing within the industry.
The person:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing or other related Sales experience.
- Previous experience in an outbound call center, including inside sales or other related Sales experience.
- Strong product knowledge and the value our services provide for our customers.
- Results-oriented and resilient, knowing whats important and which steps you need to take to achieve success.
- Target-driven, focused on achieving goals and tenacious in your selling approach.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Possess the ability to stay organized and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Active listening skills is required.
- Ability to remain motivated in a changing working environment.
- Excellent typing skills and comfortable using all Microsoft Office programs.
- Possess experience making high volume B2B cold calls.
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics, Salesforce or other CRM.
