Job Description

Salary : Qualification

3 to 4 years of experience in customer service
Exceptional communication abilities
1 to 2 years of relevant customer service experience
Strong enthusiasm and ability to work autonomously
Relevant experience in inside sales or customer service required
Proficiency in data entry, organization, multitasking, and a strong customer focus is essential
Regular on-site attendance is mandatory
Must know Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)

Job Duties

Addressing customer questions about our products and services.

Enter customer orders.

Managing customer orders over the phone.

Verifying stock levels and delivery timelines.

Provide price quotes, ensure orders meet customer requirements, and enter sales information into the system.

Supporting the outside sales team by generating price quotes and sourcing necessary products.
