Order Entry Specialist

Job description

Qualification

• 3 to 4 years of experience in customer service
• Exceptional communication abilities
• 1 to 2 years of relevant customer service experience
• Strong enthusiasm and ability to work autonomously
• Relevant experience in inside sales or customer service required
• Proficiency in order entry, organization, multitasking, and a strong customer focus is essential
• Regular on-site attendance is mandatory
• Education: A High School Diploma is required
• Must know Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc)

Job Duties

• Addressing customer questions about our products and services.
• Managing customer orders over the phone.
• Verifying stock levels and delivery timelines.
  
• Order entry.
  Updating customers on order status.
