Primary Job Responsibilities
- Highly knowledgeable on heavy Industrial Electrical / Controls system design and construction.
- Provide technical design leadership.
- Exercises independent judgment with little to no direction from management.
- Manage electrical and controls design for multiple projects.
- Develop engineering drawings and documents independently.
- Generate technical solutions to problems of unusual complexity.
- Perform design calculations and use computer-aided design equipment.
- Participate in project meetings and act as E / C team lead.
- Work in teams on large multi-discipline projects.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, schedule-driven atmosphere.
- Perform field work and observe construction.
- Monitor budgets and schedules.
- Mentor junior engineers.
- Light travel within the Kentucky / Tennessee / Illinois / Missouri region.
- Develop proposals, material take-offs, and construction estimating.
