Summary
Voith US Inc. is hiring an adaptable, solutions-oriented transactional lawyer to handle a variety of legal tasks, such as reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, providing commercial claim management and directing outside counsel. This lawyer will support all of the Voith businesses in North America, including Voith Paper, Voith Turbo and Voith Hydro. The position is based in Voith’s offices in Appleton, Wisconsin with an optional hybrid-remote work schedule.
Responsibilities
Draft, review and negotiate a variety of legal documents, from non-disclosure agreements to complex capital equipment and construction contracts;
Qualifications
Experience working in a complex international business organization;
