Salary Range: $17.00 - $18.58 per hour
Full and Part Time - Days - Afternoon - NOC
As a Resident Care Partner, you'll be more than just a caregiver - you'll be a friend and family member to our residents. You'll provide direct care assistance, ensuring their comfort, safety, and happiness.

What You'll Be Doing
- Spread happiness through general housekeeping duties, keeping our residents' living spaces clean, safe, and tidy.
- Plan and engage in leisure activities, fostering socialization and friendship among residents.
- Team up with the Dining Services Department to assist with associated tasks
- Provide assistance or reminders with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair cleaning and brushing, and transferring to and from activities and meals, as needed.
- High school diploma (preferred) or equivalent certificate, with a competent history in a similar facility.
- Valid First Aid Certifications may be required according to state regulations.
- Based on state requirement - Possession of a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, state certifications, and successful completion of examination and/or skills evaluation (as required).
- Willingness to meet requirements for continuing education and maintain all necessary license(s).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members.
