We are looking for a Property Accountant to join our team! You will be responsible for managing all financial aspects of the company's properties, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare financial statements and reports for management.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports for management.
- Perform bank reconciliations and other accounting functions.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and potential issues.
- Prepare monthly journal entries and reconcile accounts.
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budget.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Related Field
- 2 years of experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
