Location: Louisville, KY
Job Type: Full-time | Travel up to 20%
Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000/YR (Salaried)
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and lead engagement and retention initiatives across regions
Analyze data to understand trends and improve employee experience
Manage a team of Employee Engagement Specialists
Lead onboarding for senior-level staff
Coach managers on engagement best practices
Track and report retention metrics to leadership
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's in HR or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in Healthcare, experience in the SNF/LTC setting preferred.
2–3 years HR experience focused on engagement/retention
Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills
Experience managing remote or regional teams
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong presentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
