Volare Health is seeking a passionate Director of Employee Engagement and Retention to lead strategies that strengthen employee connection, satisfaction, and long-term commitments. This role focuses on reducing turnover, improving culture, and ensuring our teams feel supported and valued.

Location: Louisville, KY

Job Type: Full-time | Travel up to 20%

Compensation: $95,000 - $105,000/YR (Salaried)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead engagement and retention initiatives across regions

  • Analyze data to understand trends and improve employee experience

  • Manage a team of Employee Engagement Specialists

  • Lead onboarding for senior-level staff

  • Coach managers on engagement best practices

  • Track and report retention metrics to leadership

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in HR or related field

  • 2-5 years of experience in Healthcare, experience in the SNF/LTC setting preferred.
  • 2–3 years HR experience focused on engagement/retention

  • Strong leadership, communication, and data analysis skills

  • Experience managing remote or regional teams

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong presentation skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
