Essential Functions
- Coordinate and conduct recruitment and hiring activities, including proactive sourcing, consulting with hiring managers, conducting and scheduling interviews, etc.
- Maintain clear lines of communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Lead offer discussions accordingly.
- Utilize multiple recruitment resources to develop a steady applicant flow of qualified candidates for our facilities.
- Assist in identifying and overcoming staffing challenges, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
- Attend job fairs, conferences, schools, and other marketing opportunities for recruitment.
- Support facilities in overcoming obstacles related to staffing and recruitment.
- 2 years experience in recruiting, preferably within the healthcare industry. (SNF/LTC highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and market trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships with the corporate HR team, hiring managers, and candidates.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates. (ADP preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
