Summary :
The Director of Nursing is responsible to plan, organize, develop, and direct the overall functions of the Nursing Services Department.
Job Functions :
- Planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall functions for the clinical department.
- Assist in developing a preliminary and comprehensive assessment and written care plan for each resident.
- Developing departmental budget for equipment, supplies, and labor.
- Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations.
- Directing and motivating staff.
- Other duties as assigned.
