Occupational Therapist (OT) Qualifications
- Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care.
- Ability to develop and implement effective treatment plans to meet patient goals.
- Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time.
- Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks.
- Compensation: Starting at $47-$55 per hour.
- Schedule: Full-time, Part-time, and On-Call shifts are available.
