- Main Responsibilities
- Project Detailing & Estimating:
- Develop accurate project estimates, including pricing, material needs, and error identification in designs/specifications
- Conduct commercial door, frame, and hardware take-offs and assist with pricing
- Vendor & Client Coordination:
- Work with top industry vendors like Allegion and Assa Abloy to ensure project success
- Communicate with customers to resolve door deficiencies and ensure code compliance
