We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Permit & Document Administrator to support our construction projects in Detroit. This role will be responsible for overseeing permit applications, managing construction documentation, and coordinating with project teams to ensure smooth administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with permitting processes, construction document management, and familiarity with industry software platforms such as Autodesk Build (ACC Build) and Procore.
Key Responsibilities :
Permitting & Compliance :
Manage and coordinate permit applications with the City of Detroit.
- Ensure all safety paperwork is completed and up to date.
- Assist in handling OCIP (Owner-Controlled Insurance Program) incidents that occur onsite.
Project Administration & Coordination :
Greet and assist customers in the construction trailer.
Document Control & Software Management :
Utilize software tools such as Bluebeam, Revit, and AutoCAD for document administration.
Qualifications & Skills :
