"Our Client" is a Division 10 specialty construction leader, providing top-tier solutions for commercial projects nationwide. We partner with general contractors, developers, and architects to deliver high-quality toilet partitions, accessories, lockers, fire protection, wall protection, visual display boards, and other Division 10 specialties.
We are growing and looking for a detail-oriented, driven Estimator to join our team. This position requires you to be onsite/in-office in Woburn, MA.
What You’ll Do
- Estimate & Bid Preparation: Review project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate Division 10 takeoffs and cost estimates.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Source pricing, negotiate with vendors and ensure competitive material costs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, general contractors, and architects to ensure accurate pricing and scope alignment.
- Proposal Development: Create transparent and competitive bid proposals that position "Our Client" for project success.
- Industry Expertise: To refine estimating strategies, stay current on Division 10 materials, trends, and cost fluctuations.
Who You Are
- Experience: 3 years of estimating experience in Division 10 specialties or related commercial construction products.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), or similar estimating software.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to analyze blueprints and specifications with precision.
- Strong Communicator: Comfortable negotiating with vendors and presenting estimates to stakeholders.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally.
