Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Estimating & Proposal Development – Analyze plans and specifications to prepare competitive bids and proposals.
- Cost Analysis – Maintain expertise in local material, labor, and equipment costs to ensure accurate estimates.
- Building Code Compliance – Stay updated on local, city, and state building codes to ensure compliance in assigned locations.
- Team Leadership & Development – Train and mentor project engineers and assistant estimators to support career growth within the company.
- Industry Knowledge – Continuously expand expertise in drywall, acoustical ceilings, doors/frames/hardware (Div 8), and specialties (Div 10).
What You Bring to the Team:
- Education & Experience – A B.S. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting is preferred. Alternatively, 2 years as an Assistant Estimator or 5-7 years of overall experience in the field.
- Detail-Oriented Mindset – Ability to analyze complex plans and specifications with precision.
- Goal-Driven Performance – Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while exceeding expectations.
- Strong Work Ethic – Self-motivated with a commitment to professional excellence.
