Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, oversee, and complete projects with precision and efficiency.
- Manage all aspects of project detailing, including pricing, design review, and customer communication.
- Estimate materials required for construction projects in accordance with local building codes and company policies.
- Support operations with estimating and pricing for commercial doors, frames, and hardware.
- Oversee take-offs for commercial doors, frames, and hardware, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide guidance to the sales team and customers during the estimating and project planning phases.
- Lead your team in blueprint reading, specification interpretation, and construction procedures to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze material usage vs. estimated usage post-project for continuous improvement.
