5 plus years experience in the door and hardware industry with product knowledge of products and the manufacturersLeverage your expertise in working with top door vendors, including Allegion and Assa Abloy, to manage and deliver exceptional projects.Manage all aspects of project detailing, including pricing, design review, and customer communication to ensure project success.Estimate materials required for construction projects in accordance with local building codes and company policies.Assist customers in identifying and resolving door deficiencies while ensuring code compliance.Support operations with estimating and pricing for commercial doors, frames, and hardware.Oversee take-offs for commercial doors, frames, and hardware, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Provide guidance to the sales team and customers during the estimating and project planning phases.Lead your team in blueprint reading, specification interpretation, and construction procedures to ensure smooth project execution.Analyze material usage vs. estimated usage post-project for continuous improvement.Secondary Responsibilities :
