Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage production crews and restoration projects from start to finish. You’ll coordinate schedules, manage job files, estimate costs, and ensure successful project completion in alignment with company procedures. This position requires clear communication with commercial, insurance, and residential customers to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.
This is a salaried position with a competitive quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
Qualifications:
- 5 years in Project Management within the restoration industry, focusing on remediation and mitigation.
- IICRC certifications are preferred.
- 2 years of experience with software for Moisture Reading, Logging, and Mapping, such as DryBook or Dash
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Proven ability to effectively lead and manage multiple production crews to meet goals
- Ability to be On-Call and travel locally or out of state when needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check and drug test as required by law
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise multiple production crews of technicians, ensuring customer satisfaction while optimizing productivity and minimizing costs. Conduct daily job site visits.
- Recruit, train, and manage personnel for water mitigation, mold remediation, fire cleanup, and biohazard projects.
- Communicate consistently with customers to address any needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Complete and maintain job documentation, including scope of work, photos, moisture readings, Xactimate estimates, and more.
- Work with insurance adjusters to meet all documentation requirements and ensure compliance.
- Review job paperwork (scope, estimates, diaries, and work orders) to ensure readiness and efficiency.
- Remain on-call as required, with the potential for some night and weekend work.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds regularly, with assistance for heavier loads up to 100 pounds
- Comfortable with exposure to chemicals and extensive periods of standing, walking, driving, and climbing
- Ability to work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and at heights
- Repetitive lifting, carrying, and maneuvering of equipment and objects
- Flexibility to travel as necessary for project completion
