Your Role & Responsibilities:

Lead the architectural process from schematic design to construction completion.

Manage project design, development, and production of construction documents.

Coordinate with consultants, including HVAC, civil engineers, and landscape architects.

Oversee quality control and ensure adherence to local and state codes.

Collaborate with project managers and contractors to maintain quality and budget expectations.

Conduct site visits to ensure design intent is properly executed.

Mentor and guide junior architects, fostering professional development.

Drive project permitting and approval processes to meet timelines.
What We’re Looking For:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited program or equivalent experience, (licensure optional, but preferred).

Experience: 5 years in high-end custom residential architecture.

Project Management: Ability to oversee multiple projects while maintaining design excellence.

Passion for Design: A strong enthusiasm for high-end residential projects with a keen eye for detail.

Collaboration: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients, colleagues, and contractors.
