What You’ll Do

As a Senior Project Director/Estimator, you will lead the planning, coordination, execution, and financial success of large-loss projects involving mitigation, contents, reconstruction, and environmental abatement. This high-impact leadership role also includes developing and nurturing strategic business relationships.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Oversee and mentor project teams to ensure successful delivery of complex restoration and reconstruction projects

• Build and manage detailed project schedules, estimates, scopes, and budgets

• Lead resource allocation including personnel, materials, and subcontractors

• Collaborate closely with clients, insurance professionals, and stakeholders for seamless communication

• Manage project risks, develop contingency strategies, and solve problems in real time

• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and industry standards at all stages

• Generate large-loss estimates using industry tools like Xactimate

• Regularly report on project status, progress, and financials to senior leadership

• Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and professional project delivery

• Travel as needed to manage sites and build client trust nationwide

• Develop your own pipeline through strategic networking and referral partnerships

What You Bring to the Table

✔ 10 years of proven experience managing large-scale disaster restoration or construction projects
✔ Strong business development instincts and ability to build a book of business
✔ Advanced Xactimate (Level 3 preferred) and estimation skills
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
✔ Strong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skills
✔ High emotional intelligence with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact
✔ Detail-oriented, with a high level of organization and follow-through
✔ Reliable, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment
✔ Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
