Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of the FacilityForce product suite and effectively communicate its benefits to stakeholders at all levels, including line-of-business directors and C-suite executives.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments and requirement analyses for new and existing customers.
- High-Impact Demonstrations: Design, deliver, and present tailored product demonstrations that address customer challenges and highlight FacilityForce’s value proposition.
- Opportunity Management: Manage and prioritize sales opportunities, ensuring alignment with account executives and sales strategies.
- Customer Engagement: Build trust and foster strong relationships with prospects and customers through in-person meetings, phone calls, and email interactions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and support teams to relay customer feedback, prioritize feature requests, and contribute to the product roadmap.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed account and opportunity information in Salesforce to track progress, prioritize activities, and drive sales pipeline success.
- Event Support: Participate in marketing activities, user community events, and industry conferences as a product expert and brand ambassador.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of databases, application servers, and SQL.
- Familiarity with one or more solutions, such as AiM, FAMIS, Maximo, Tririga, TMA, or Archibus.
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven track record of accelerating the sales cycle and increasing deal size.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a dynamic environment.
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong team collaboration skills.
- BA/MBA or equivalent work experience in technology or a related field.
- Strong desire to succeed in enterprise software sales.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar Pre-Sales Engineer role supporting complex enterprise solutions.
- Experience with facilities operational solutions like CMMS, CAFM, or IWMS (Integrated Workplace Management Systems).
- Additional Details:
- Travel: This role may require up to 75% travel.
- Work Style: A mix of on-site client interaction, virtual meetings, and internal collaboration.
