Volcano Communications Group, a nearly 125 year-old, family-owned, telecommunications company located in Pine Grove, California is seeking a Chief Financial Officer. This strategic, high-level thinking, individual will have a proven track record of both financial and regulatory management skills.
As CFO, you will oversee financial strategy, planning, and operations, ensuring compliance, stability, and growth across the organization. Reporting directly to the President, you’ll manage a talented team in accounting while collaborating with executive leadership to drive key initiatives and long-term success.
Responsibilities include : Leading budgeting, audit, and financial forecasting activities; providing financial insights and strategic guidance to the Board of Directors; driving operational efficiency and compliance with FCC regulations; and overseeing the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and cost analysis.
Successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, 5-7 years of relevant financial leadership experience, strong knowledge of financial analysis, regulatory compliance, and strategic planning. Additionally, a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, exceptional communication skills, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required.
