What are the responsibilities and job description for the Operations Assistant / General Labor position at Volcon ePowersports?
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving: Operate a small box truck to transport parts, materials, and equipment between locations or to customers.
- Office Tidying: Maintain cleanliness and organization in office spaces by emptying trash bins, wiping down surfaces, organizing supplies, and ensuring common areas are tidy.
- Warehouse/Shop Support: Assist with organizing materials, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness in the warehouse or shop areas.
- General Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks, including light repairs and ensuring workspaces are clean and functional.
- Assist Team: Provide additional labor support to team members as required, including moving equipment, setting up workstations, or handling other miscellaneous tasks.
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate a small box truck.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical labor.
- Flexibility to perform various tasks as assigned.
