Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth objectives.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
- Dealer and Distributor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and distributors.
- Oversee dealer onboarding, training, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with dealers to develop marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Customer Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions to enhance their experience with Volcon products.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
