Boomi Integration Engineer

SUMMARY

The Integration Engineer will be a crucial part of our tech team, focusing on creating and managing seamless integrations across various business systems. With a strong emphasis on Boomi integrations and a preference for Salesforce experience, the successful candidate will enable efficient data flow and connectivity to support our business operations.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Certification in Boomi Integration required. Proven experience in developing and maintaining integrations using Boomi.

Experience with Salesforce integrations is preferred.

Experience with RPA platform integrations is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within a corporate environment with a track record of successful integration projects.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1. System Integration : Design, develop, and maintain robust integrations using Boomi integration tools and / or other IPaaS tools. Ensure smooth interoperability between disparate systems such as CRM, ERP, and various data repositories.

2. Salesforce Integration : Manage and enhance Salesforce integrations, ensuring optimal performance and leveraging Salesforce APIs for customized solutions.

3. Automation and Optimization : Implement automation processes to reduce manual intervention and improve system efficiencies. Optimize existing integrations for scalability and speed.

4. Troubleshooting and Support : Provide high-level technical support for integration- related issues, including root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

5. Project Management : Lead integration projects from conception through to execution, including gathering requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing deployment to ensure alignment with business goals.

6. Documentation and Compliance : Document all integration processes and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards. Maintain detailed logs and records of system performance.

7. Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest integration technologies and practices. Recommend and implement improvements to support evolving business needs.
