About the Role
As a Customer Support Specialist (Level 2), you’ll take the lead in resolving challenges and complex inquiries that require a higher level of expertise. Working alongside our Level 1 support specialists and other internal teams, you’ll act as a critical link between our customers and the solutions they need. This role is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, enjoys digging into details, and wants to make a meaningful impact on the customers’ experience.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the escalation point for Level 1 support, handling more complex customer inquiries.
- Communicate directly with customers via email and phone, providing updates and resolutions in a timely manner
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to escalate unresolved issues and provide input
- Contribute to creating and updating support documentation and training materials
- Identify recurring problems or trends in customer inquiries and propose solutions to improve overall processes and customer experience
- Assist with training of Level 1 support specialists and mentor team members
- Assist with special projects and reporting
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
Experience:
- 2 years in customer support, ideally in a Level 2 or similar role
· Experience troubleshooting
Skills:
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities with a focus on clarity
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks effectively, and handle multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Familiarity with customer support tools such as Salesforce or similar
Mindset:
· A proactive and customer-first attitude
· Patience and resilience under pressure
· Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
Bonus Points
· Knowledge of the transportation industry
