Samsung Integration Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Installation and Integration : Install and Integrate telecom equipment, including Base Stations, Antennas, and other Network components.
- Testing and Troubleshooting : Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of telecom systems to identify and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintenance and Upgrades : Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on telecom equipment to ensure reliability and efficiency.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of installations, tests, and maintenance activities.
- Customer Support : Provide technical support to customers and address any issues related to telecom equipment.
- Compliance : Ensure all installations and integrations comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Collaboration : Work closely with other technicians, engineers, and project managers to ensure successful project completion.
